The place that we’d booked in to crash for the nights on our Bali trip was Ombak Putih Bungalows. I don’t think there could have been a better homely place this one, honestly no! If you’re visiting Bali, I would recommend this place to stay… and I’m not even affiliating here. It’s just a choice.
Where are the Ombak Putih Bungalows?

Like most popular resorts and stays in Bali, it’s close by to the bay- Batara Dive and Watersports. But I have to admit, it takes around a 30-minute drive from the airport. Anyway, for your convenience, here’s the address:
Who is it ideal for?
There are some people who prefer to stay in a villa overlooking the sea on their holiday. While others are just looking for the perfect spot to be away from the busy life. Ombak Putih Bungalows, with its lush gardens and air-conditioned rooms, would perfectly suit you if you’re looking for peace from everything else.
I was pretty young back then when I stayed in these bungalows. But I hear that couples particularly loved the spot for its space and earthly wooden interiors. Along with its homely touch, it’s also popular for its personal pool, private balcony, and spacious family rooms.
I mean, what else could they ask for? And they’ve got Wifi too- nothing to worry about.

Speak of Booking it
There are about 4-5 enormous bedrooms excluding the two on the first floor. Since we were along with other families, you could say we were a pretty large group. So we booked all the rooms there… or you could say the entire Bungalows. Which is why we had the pool all to ourselves most of the time.
People usually come to Bali to visit the breathtaking temples, trek Mount Batur, or at least for its watersport facilities. However, there are others who prefer to come and reside. People who are just looking for a change. Ombak Putih Bungalows would be completely ideal for this sort of person.

What are you waiting for?!
The surroundings of the bungalows are pretty neat too. They’ve shopping centers, watersport activities, and restaurants all pretty nearby. And massage? They even have a Balinese massage service right by the pool! If there’s one drawback of the place, that would probably be you getting addicted to the comfort of it.
So there’s really nothing you need to be worried about. You can check for pricing below (links to Booking.com). During my stay here, I visited a lot of places around Bali, so you can check that out too- Bali Travel Blog. And you’ll see why you won’t regret it… anyway, have a happy holiday ;)
